The only site ai know is Jewels of Denial, but the last tiime I checked it was down due to new ownership. So, you may have to make them yourself. There are plenty of jewel shaped candy molds, and then just melt down Jolly Ranchers.

http://www.firstimpressionsmolds.com/search.aspx?find=gem has some nice gem molds. you can use chocolate, gelatin (nice for jewels!), jolly ranchers, etc in these molds.
