got a question-

if i make a carrot cake (which i have never made, or eaten) after i cover the top with the cream cheese icing, can i put a fbct image on top of that? will it work, or will it do something weird to the fbct?

thanks

Cream cheese icing is essentially a BC icing but with cream cheese as a replacement for some of the butter/shortening. So....I believe it will be just fine! The crusting cream cheese icing from here is delicious (if you don't already know that thumbs_up.gif)
