Hi. I switch fondant makers and my fondant is sticking to the mat. Every time I roll it out, it sticks...I have tried Crisco, I have tried powdered sugar and flour, which I really don't like to use for the colored fondant because it makes white marks. Anyway, do I need to get a new mat? I love this fondant, it's better than the one I was using and it tastes better. What do I do?
Try just rolling it out on your counter, I have done that.
You can always try corn starch as well.
