What is your momma like? Mine would like a curd filling, like lime or lemon. But would hate hate hate chocolate. (I know... she isn't normal.) But one of my favs is a chocolate cake with rasberry filling. I just think those two go so well together. I'd also go wondering through the recipies here on the site.

Hi there!

Please don't write your posts all in majuscules! It is quite hard to read, and according to netiquette, indicates shouting.

Thanks.
