What kind of gumpaste do you all use to make flowers? Wilton's premade Gumpaste or the Wilton powder that you mix with water? I want to start making flowers like most of you do and want to make sure I start with the best type of gumpaste.

Also, can anyone suggest a video pre making gumpaste flowers.

Thanks.

I have used several different kinds of gumpaste, including Wiltons ready to use. I prefer the ready to use over the powder, it tends to be more white.

Making it from Nicolas Lodge's recipe also provides a great product.

Using a ready made first, can be helpful, so that you know how it is supposed to feel.

Nicolaslodge.com has several flower making videos that are excellent.
