does anyone have a copy of a wedding cake contract they would be willing to share? I have my first wedding cake coming up and I need to provide the couple with a contract. I'm afraid that the one I created may have left out some of the important details.

Do a search for "contract" on this site, and you'll come up with a lot of threads on them. You can also go to www.earlenescakes.com. She has a lot of information there.

You and the couple may already have a contract. If a WRITTEN contract is needed, you can have the couple write it and if the terms are okay, sign it. Before you sign, or if you write the contract, make sure the agreed on price is stated, amount of deposit, is deposit REFUNDABLE or NON-REFUNDABLE ?, date when balance is due, time for delivery, method of delivery, details of the cake: size, number and shape of tiers, flavors of cake and frosting, design of cake, colors. Did I miss anything?
