I recently made a batch and I have to say it is excellent!! The taste is good and it is a dream to work with!! It also is a really nice white color and I am just loving it. I usually buy SI, because I hate MMF and as you know premade fondant can be costly, especially for someone like myself, who doesn't do alot of cakes!! I have a couple of weddings coming up in the next month and I really think I am going to give it a go!! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!
