I have a customer that is asking for a cake to serve about 50 people for her 5 year anniversary of being lung cancer free. The party is in November so I have some time, but she would like some ideas soon. Does anyone out there have any suggestions?? I can't seem to find anything!!!

Personally I'd just make a festive celebration cake -- streamers etc.

I'd have a hard time cutting/eating it but maybe..... a pair of sculpted lungs? Maybe put them on top of a base cake of some size for enough servings.
