Hi, thanks for looking!
I'm doing a twist on the spiderman bust concept, and need to do big pointy wild hair. Any ideas on how to accomplish this? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

I would probably use fondant/gumpaste mix. Roll to an adequte size, lay it on the head, then cut it with scissors to get the "cartoony" (is that a word?) look. Other than that, I really don't know.

Good luck!

Thanks I'll try. It's not meshing in my head, but I'll see how it looks. (I'm a very visual person, I gotta see it - "envisioning" is not one of my strengths. icon_biggrin.gif )

You can use some "liquoire" candies ,or you can cook some spaghetti al dente , do not over cook and use color paste to tinted. Brade the spaghetti and you can have your hair.
