I am in desperate help. I have an order for an eagle on a cake for next week. The customer doesn't want it just drawn on it, it has to have dimension. So my dilema is how to i make an eagle that has some dimension to it and what icing medium would work well? TIA

You could try modeling out of fondant or rice krispies covered in fondant. Try to have a figure of an eagle handy when modeling, it helps to have a model.

Thank you I was thinking of fondant but I didn't think of using rice crispies. I will post a picture when I finish
