Hi Amy, are you on a Mac? I've been having trouble adding pictures from my husband's computer, but not from my pc.

Other than that, recently we have all been having problems viewing pictures for some technical reason...maybe it is related to that??

Hi. Did you check out the size of your photo? The maximum allowed file size is 1.2 MB

I had to resize my photo, to 800 x 600 pixels. 800 pixels is the max. I searched online for the resizer
