Has anybody tried this? I'm wondering as to how this type of icing would behave on top of rolled fondant (sweating, weeping, does it set up nicely, etc.) I'm not really using it for intricate borders or such, just need something that would simulate fluffy clouds. Thanks
Only know about Swiss meringue out of those (just like IMBC) and yes its fine on and under fondant. No problems at all.
I would think that 7 minute would give you troubles, especially on sides. This is a tricky frosting at best, and usually doesn't like to hold a shape very well...at least for me!
