tonight I decided to make some WASC cupcakes...I don't think i've ever tried them before, but they failed me! I am soo disappointed! basically when I went to peel the wrapping off there was a whole bunch of cake stuck to them. Is this recipe not good for cupcakes? did i possibly bake them too long? what is the right time to do them then? I really need to figure this out because I was going to bake some of these for a wedding this weekend...and I seem to remember that I baked this same recipe for samples for her.. icon_rolleyes.gif and I believe they worked then!

halp please!? icon_biggrin.gif

I do believe they probably were overbaked.
How long do you leave them in? What temp?

they really didn't seem done at 15 mins icon_sad.gif I did them for 5 mins more...I guess that was too much? at 15 mins they were just stark white...I touched them and they didn't seem done. hmmm...and they were at 325 but I had previously baked something in there at 375...maybe I didn't let the oven cool down long enough. I guess I found my mistakes! icon_smile.gif but how long should I have done them? only the 15 mins?
