Okay, my first attempt at using the glace. Love the taste, but having trouble getting them to dry! icon_cry.gif Of course, I'm running short on time, as usual. My oven doesn't go beloe 170, so that trick is out. I've put some in the freezer to see. Can anyone give me estimate of time to dry the glace?
Thanks

You can always put them in the oven with the light on. It isn't much, but it does help. I like to let the glaze 12-24 hours, especially if bagging. I definitely wouldn't stack after less than 24.

Same here....I made them and had to let them dry AT LEAST overnight so that I could stack them, but ended up letting them dry about 18 hours.

You should try Antonia's recipe then. Drying time is excellent.
