just got the dvd on using tranfer sheets, it has some great ideas. I also have a new pack of transfers just waiting for me to be creative.
Can I pour ganache over a cake and just lay the transfer sheet on top. Would I just cut it to size, place it on the wet ganache and chill. I see some talented decoraters on on line right now...HELP.
come on professionals ...these transfer sheets cost to much to mess up.

Nope,I don't think that will work at all. Ganache is too soft. The idea with transfer sheets is to spread chocolate onto the sheet and just before it sets up, wrap it around the cake and pull the acetate off. It's the heat of the chocolate that makes the transfer happen.
