hi everyone, i need a recipe that will hold up and not sink on the cupcake. how do i get thit type of buttercream

I use the buttercream dream recipe here on CC. However, I use sweetex which is high-ratio.

Yeah, I use high ratio shortening also. You can also use a stabilizer of some sort (or marshmallow creme) and do not mix thinner than medium consistency.

I use buttercream dream for everything, and it always is fine on my cupcakes. I even used it to make frozen buttercream transfers for some cupcakes I made for my mom's birthday!
