I got up this morning and started to make some cookies for my kiddo's lunch. I think it was a little too early to try cooking...I knocked a bowl off the counter, tried to catch it with my knee, the bowl broke and cut me, and I had to go get 4 staples in my leg. And a tetanus shot.

And now my husband says I have to replace my dishes which I've had for about ten years now...they're just Gibson ceramic but I was kind of attached to them. He says he's going to buy all plastic dishes so I don't hurt myself again.

ouch is right. Definitely go with something that won't break

Now that's just silly, why would you have to replace your dishes after 10 YEARS of no incidents with them ripping you to shreds?? I think they were just angry with you that day. I hope your leg is healing and your weekend has improved since yesterday!

Keep your dishes but always serve HIM on the plastic ones LOL.
