I have 135 cookies to decorate and wrap before sunday night. What is the minimum drying time before i can wrap them? Is there a way to make them dry faster?

I have heard most people let them dry 24-48 hours before packaging. I think with Antonia icing, it dries faster then any kind with butter so 24 should be fine.

I also saw a post a while back where she put the decorated cookies in the oven with either the light on or set at 100 degrees and they not only dried faster but were shiny too. Not sure how long they stayed in or how realistic that is since you only have 2 racks in an oven and 135 cookies but it might be worth a shot. HTH

I don't know where you live, but watch out for humidity as it will increase the drying time. I put mine under a fan to help the drying process along or under a worklight as that helps a lot. Don't do that with white though, as I found it dulls the white. Have fun with your cookies!
