Any tips on air bubbles appearing as the cookie drys other than letting your icing set an hour or more?
I don't want to have to try and poke the bubbles out of every cookie.
THANKS to all that reply.

Just make sure your fill icing is thinner, not globby at all. If your icing is too thick the bubbles have a harder time rising to the top. Let it sit an hour, stir, let sit once again and stir. An hour is about the right amount of time for a large bowl of icing. If it's a small amount like a cup or so you really only need to let it sit for 15 min or so each time. HTH! icon_smile.gif
