I would like to attempt a FBCT, but I'm not sure that my BC recipe will work. I use Indydebi's BC recipe,(Thanks Indydebi) but I read somewhere that you should use a recipe with butter in it instead of Crisco and now I can't find that thread.

Which recipe do you use?

Also, do you make your FBCT on parchment paper or wax paper?

Thanks!

I would suggest using something with butter as it sets up harder in the fridge and would make handling it easier.

I like parchment for mine, but others have used wax paper with good results.

I've only done one and I used 3/4 butter recipe and waxed paper and it turned out beautiful.
