Hi everyone! I'm sure this subject has been discussed to death, but does anyone have a tasty buttercream recipe that holds up well? I really like the taste of the buttercream that I make now....but it seems to break down easily and separates quickly when I add color (even a drop). Any helpful hints or recipes would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks for your time.
