Has Anybody Used Princess Cake Emulsion?

I just bought princess cake emulsion from my local cake supply store and would like to know where all can I use it and what does the taste like??

Has anybody used or uses this emulsion??

I have used it and continue to use it. It has a really nice flavor to it. It has some citrus undertones to it as well. Some folks are really big fans.. others not so much. If you open it up and sniff it you will find it tastes just like it smells. I have used it in my cakes, cupcakes, cookies, frostings, fillings.. just about anything you like really. You do have to know that according to the bottle it takes more in items that are not being baked. I think it is because there are oils in it that don't release without the heat. Dunno icon_rolleyes.gif But I really like it. icon_biggrin.gif In fact I have customers that routinely ask for the princess vanilla cake icon_biggrin.gif Good luck you with all your baking uses

I have also used Princess emulsion in my cakes and icing. I like the light citrus flavor it has.
