Any suggestions on how to ease the use of these letter cutters.
I have lubed 'em up and they are still getting stuck inside the cutters, and with a toothpick I have tried to pick them out, but some are pretty mangled by the time I have it all out...

Thanks in advance!

Toss them!!! That's the best advice I can give. If you don't want to order some online........try the clay section at either Michaels or Hobby Lobby and buy that version of the letter cutters. They're a little cheaper and way better. HTH.

Try chilling/freezing your fondant for a few minutes right before use. I have found this to help me... it keeps the fondant from being quite so sticky...

Also, look for trouble spots in the cutters. (ex. the little crossbar on the A or the middle of the letter B, etc...) The smaller, skinnier areas are where the fondant tends to stick. Try widening it slightly. I use my flower nail to make it a little bigger. HTH

thanks! I will give it a shot!
It is definately the smaller areas, with the cross bar that the problem occurs!

You may want to try dipping the letters in a little cornstarch instead of greasing. I don't have the cutters you refer to, but use this method for other cutters.

Roll your fondant a little thicker, that seems to work for me...

Good suggestion Cyndi1207... I do feel like throwing them away at times.

Geez---I guess it was just me who had such a horrible time with those cutters. I tried corn starch, powdered sugar, crisco............the only thing I didn't try was freezing the fondant. I'll have to try that one. Thanks.

WOW!! I have them too and used them once. Didn't like they way they stuck on every letter I tried. I haven't used them since. Thanks for all the advice. I will have to try some of these methods or they will go in the trash.
