Can you tint MMF black? I've never made MMF so I'm not sure how dark you can tint it. I saw the posts about the Chocolate MMF but they weren't very encouraging. Would I be better off buying the package of fondant already tinted black? I was hoping to use something that tasted good.

I've been lurking on this site for a couple of weeks now. It's given me the courage to make a Cars cake for a 3-year olds bday.

Thanks.

You should airbrush it. Otherwise your guests will end up with black tongues and it doesn't really taste that good.
