Ok maybe this is a silly topic but one on my mind. When you make several white cakes and use only the egg whites, what do some of you do with the yokes? I don't like to waste anything.

I make this, if I don't scramble the yolks to feed back to the hens. It's a very wet cake.

Yolks of eleven eggs,
two cups of sugar,
one cup of butter,
one cup of milk,
one teaspoonful cream tartar,
one-half teaspoonful of soda,
three cups of sifted flour,
one teaspoonful of vanilla.
2 round pans, 325 degrees, for 35-45 minutes

Yeah, thanks for asking this question. I want to get some ideas for egg yolks as well.
