Hello all, I need a little help. I have a order for a cake that is an egg and a strawberry, the problem that i am having is how do i balance or make a cake stand up that sits on a point like both of those do. they want the cakes to stand up. there 2 different cakes, giant strawberry and giant egg. please help me
Im soo new at allof this, but Ive seen on food network challange where they build a base , like a flat surface the add an "arm " to the middle . Then add the cakes on it kinda like you would put dowels in. only this is more like a stand.
Hopefully someone with some REAL know how will offer up some advice. l
