I want to make cookies for my sons first birthday as favors.
Im having a sesame street theme and want to make elmo. cookie monster and big bird cookies. What shape cutters should i use? Round cutter, football shape...i read once that i could use a lemon shaped cutter for elmo?

Any sugestions on how to make big birds beak?

Thanks for any other ideas you have to share!!

I would think a football shaped cutter would work well.

Here's a cookie cutter:

This person used a chocolate chip cookie:

Wilton made a couple of SS cutter sets. You might find them on Ebay.

I would think you could use it for Elmo and Cookie Monster. I think they're heads are roughly the same shape. I would probably use a circle for Big Bird, but I don't have any suggestions for the beak.
