I'm making a cake using the wilton fanci-fil pan, the customer wants a peanut butter filling. I thought peanut butter mousse would be a delightful treat. Should the cake be kept in the frig, beings it has whipped cream and cream cheese in it? Or do you all have a better suggestion for the peanut butter filling? I'm open for all advice. Thanks,

I don't have the answer for that but I would think that it would have to be refrigerated. If it has whip cream in it that may not be good to leave it out.

I, too, would refrigerate.

Yes, it should be refrigerated.....however if you don't want to put it in the frig, just add some PB to your buttercream to make a filling.
