Hi Alice, I'm including the matrix which i made some changes to reflect the gb £ and added a simple sponge recipe. My recipe for a singlelayer 8in square cake yields 4 cups o batter. Not sure how to use this information. I have also changed the prices for the boxes and drums. It took a long time but hopefully someone else will be able to do some more changes to it. Would anyone making changes to reflect the british prices kindly post it back here so others can benefit from the changes plz?
