Advice Needed Concerning Ri/ Bc

Hi everyone,

I'm making a large tiered wedding cake frosted with bc in ivory. No fondant, just smoothed bc. The bride wants scroll work on each tier (in dk. burgandy).

What would you use for the piped scrolling? Buttercream or Royal Icing?

Thanks again for all your help....I love this.

I use BC for everything.
