hi bakerchick the plastic icing ya looking for you can get in ready made rolls , the red isnt very nice tasteing as tis quiet bitter due to the colour and the amount of coulouring that goes into it if ya got to ya local cake supply shops they should have some you can get red, black and choc plastic icing which is rally just ready to roll stuff good luck
