Is anyone going to NY Institute of Culinary Education September 6th for the weekend baking/pastry arts classes?

Has anyone gone there? Any tips? Did you like it?

I didn't know about it. Wish I had I would have signed up I'm only in CT. How did you find out???

I did a search almost a year ago for culinary schools in my area. Picked them due to their amazing program and weekend offering. =)

Also, the fact that it's a degree program was also a #1 decision maker too!

They have programs running all the time. You could give them a call and see when the next one starts! =D
