Help! Help! Ok, I know it is my own fault I have left the cake until the last minute and not am under the gun. I am trying to replicate the banana split cake done buy merissa and ellepal and don't know which tip I should use to get the whipped cream. I have searched the forums and it seems that the tutorial merissa had posted was lost and can't be opened.

Any help would be so greatly appreciated

That's a big star tip I think. Like a #35 and I know there is a larger pastry one but I'm not sure of the number. You can open out the points on them a bit with a knife and get a much "fuller" looking design. HTH

I haven't seen the cake you're talking about, but tip 1M is probably what you need. I use it for making the big swirl on cupcakes. It comes out looking like the can of squirting whipped cream.

That;s it! 1M is a bigger tip like the star tips. Actually there are a couple of different ones but they are larger than regular tips. icon_smile.gif
