When I did my gumpaste roses, I just used my finger to curl the tips under a little before they dry. HTH

Edna uses a toothpick to curl the edges of the rose petals.

I thin the edges of mine with a ball tool using it kind of like an eraser- half on the petal, half off. They will curl naturally this way and then you can tweak it when it's on the rose before it dries.

Thanks, I have tried using my finger to get the petals to curl, but it's just not working for me. I will keep trying.
Bettycrockermommy, I will try it with a toothpick.

From what I saw in the video, she just kind of folds it over the toothpick. She makes it look so easy, doesn't she? icon_lol.gif I haven't actually tried myself. Good luck!
