I've seen tons of pictures of CC Cookie Cakes on here. I've found a couple of recipes on the recipe forum but I'm wondering if any one has tried them? Or have you made a CC Cookie Cake and wouldnt mind sharing your recipe with me?

You can use your regular cc cookie recipe and spread it into a pizza pan...that is how I make them. You have to adjust baking time, but it works just fine. Have you tried that? Also, using the disposable pizza pans (that you can get at the grocery store) works well too, then you can deliver/serve the cookie that way. If I don't have one, I usually line my pizza pan with foil, then when the cookie is cool, I just lift it out and peel off the foil. HTH
