hello,

I want to try and make a filling like in a Twinkie! Or can someone tell me different fillings for a cupcake, AND do I just use a tip and bag to squirt it in the CC?? I thought abt a pineapple filling but if I use a tip it may not squeeze out!

The cake store here in Bmore doesn't have much!

I use a #12 round tip or a large star tip would work too.

You can fill them with anything really.. fillingwise that is. icon_smile.gif

Here is a Twinkie Filling recipe:
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. granulated sugar
5 1/3 oz. Pet evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Beat the mixture without stopping for 30 minutes. Sufficient to fill 24 Twinkie cakes.
