my daughter wants a cheese cake covered in fondant for her 16th birthday. ive never heard of it.
is it possiable?

I do it all the time for weddings. Just a crumb coat of BC to even it out if need be.

I cover cheesecake in fondant fairly often, I generally cover with SMBC or sometimes Ganache depending on Brides preference.
