i believe that you should because thats material that your using plus i believe that the scroll is alot o work so either basic price comes with the bow and the scroll is extra or visa versa if you are doing thay same exact cake ... also depends how much you are charging for it . if you believe that the cost covers it then is fine

Yes, if I was selling cakes, I would definitely charge extra for the bow. It's extra time and material.

I usually charge $10 for a bow

Absolutely! If someone were not going to be getting the bow, they would be spending at least $30.00 on another cake topper. I think anywhere from $10-$20 is a fair price.
