I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the shelf life would be of NFSC not only in airtight containers but also when they are individually wrapped in cellophane bags.

Thanks

I tell my customers that for optimal freshness, keep them wrapped tightly for up to 2 weeks- a lot of people have told me that they have kept them a lot longer and the cookies were fine.

I always say 1 week. I'm sure longer is fine, but I think a week is a good time frame to tell people, unless they stick 'em in the freezer.
