For Cream Cheese/Whipping Cream based fillings, is refrigeration required?
I've got a Vanilla Cheesecake Mousse that I love but wonder if I need to keep the cake in the fridge once it's filled?

Earlene Moore has a cr ch b'cream recipe that does not need to be frig'd. Maybe check out her recipe and see how it compares to yours. That might give you an idea if yours is safe.
