Carrie Biggers just came out with a new DVD on how she makes her homemade fondant. She gives you her recipe and shows you how she makes it. She's known for her great tasting fondant, but I love her method. You can use it for other fondant recipes and I use it when I make Michele Foster's recipe too. If you like to make your own, I would definitely recommend the DVD. You can get it on her website, I believe.
