How long does ganache keep in the fridge. I made it last Saturday and totally forgot to refrigerate the leftovers. When I looked in the freezer for it just now for tomorrow or Sunday's cake, I realized what had happened. TIA.

I'm giving you a link to cooking 911 that discusses this very topic. Scroll down and you will find the info you need.

jibbies you can't link directly to ba king91 1 from CC, I think that site does not allow outside entities to link to it so CC has to override that part of the URL to scramble the link.

here it is again but with some bogus spaces in the first part: www.ba king91 1.com/chocolate/ganache_truffles.htm

joanmary, take out the spaces between ba king91 1 and then paste the whole thing into your browser to get the link to work.

I love that site, use it all the time, jibbies gave you some good advice! thumbs_up.gif
