Hi there. Love this forum.
I am going to mkae cupcakes for a 70th Birthday Party. They are inviting 60 people. Do you just make enough so each person gets 1 or well, how do you figure that out?

Oops forgot to ask, what do you fill your cupcakes with?

Is this for you or for a client, for free or for money?
The only way to make sure each person gets only one is to have someone serve the cupcakes. Not everyone will want one, but others will take 2 or even 3, if the cupcakes are just sitting on a table.
I read on another thread to make 25% extra... so in your case, that would be 60 +15 = 75. But I would probably make 50% more if it was for a party I was giving.

Thanks for the reply. YES it is for free! They are having a surprise party for our aunt. I think I will make 120 or so and take it from there.

I'm making cupcakes for my brother's bbq next week, and I'm planning on two per person.
