has anyone every made marshmallow fluff icing. I saw it on another site and was wondering how it would hold up if used to cover a cake and to put it in between the layers? I am making a castle cake for my granddaughter's b-day in Oct and thought this might be good. Here is the recipe I found:

MARSHMALLOW FLUFF ICING

1 lb. of butter (no substitutes)
2 jars marshmallow creme
1 lb. box 10x sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat butter until creamy. Add marshmallow fluff and incorporate into butter. Slowly add 10x sugar and vanilla. Continue beating until light and fluffy. DELICIOUS!
Thanks Sue

That recipe is also in the CC recipes section. icon_smile.gif

It's highly rated:

If memory serves, when I made it I wound up adding more powdered sugar.... but it was delicious.

Look forward to seeing pics of your castle cake!
