I need to make a Jungle Theme cake and wanted to know where I can find directions on how to sculpt the little animal to put on the cake.

Using books on polymer clay you can make them w/a mix of 50/50 fondant and gumpaste.
Also there are videos on this site that cover some animals.

I am also making a jungle themed cake tomorrow!!!
I looked through the galleries and pulled all of the fondant animals I could find into my favorites. The cutest ones are from DODS. I just got the general idea and tried to make them just like working with clay or playdoh! I'll be posting my cake on Friday. They were alot of fun to make.And easy!
