i have a regular kenmore convection oven. i would like to utilize more racks in the oven other than just the middle one but am concerned about the bottom and top racks cooking too much on those respective sides. if i use the convection feature, will it cook more evenly allowing me to use the top and bottom racks? i hope i'm making sense.

thanks!

You could try it, but the fans tend to blow things crooked as they bake.

hmm, any other ideas about a way to utilize the various racks on my oven? i'm tired of just being able to bake 2 12-cup pans at a time. i can't legally have a commercial oven in my home and am trying to think of other options. i guess i will end up just purchasing a second standard type oven.

My convection oven bakes my cupcakes darker at the back ends..Especially if they are white cake.I have also noticed that a few are lobsided too.I have rotated them and that works but it is a pain and I mostly get doing other things and forget!!
