I order bulk cake mix that all you have to add is oil and water. Does anyone know how to use the WASC recipe with this type cake mix?

Directions I use :
5 lb cake mix
8 oz oil
3 lb water

Please help !!!

Also if anyone has a great idea on how to dress up red velvet cake mix and make it taste more homemade !!!

Thanks !

Do you always make the whole 5# box?
I can't remember exactly how much one cake mix weighs - something like 1# 19 oz?
I'd weigh out that much of your mix and proceed w/the rest of the WASC recipe. I'm sure it will turn out just fine. (The extra eggs will add a bit of richness.)
No oil needed.....but if yhou insist the use about 1/4C. HTH
