Where did you get your cutting guide? I'm making a cake for a lady and want to make ure that there is enough cake for every one.

I use the wilton wedding guide for servings sizes ... 1x2x4.

Here's the page from my website showing how to cut a wedding cake to achieve these servings (actually, I get about 10% more servings when cutting it this way): http://cateritsimple.com/_wsn/page10.html

Many times I walk in to set up the wedding cake and the bride has this page printed out and laying on the cake table to help the cake-cutters know how to cut it.
