Can I make Alfredo sauce with Chicken in it and freeze it? Will it still be good?

I'm trying to prepare ahead for my sisters wedding and it would be great if this can be done!

I have tried this in the past, and when I thawed it, the butter in the sauce separated. If you find a recipe which can be frozen, please send it my way.

I have seen frozen alfredo pasta in the store, but I do not know if they use a stabilizer in it.
