I just bought some Rich's Bettercreme from Sam's - should it have a strong aftertaste? cause it does....not sure I like it.

I just used my first container. I too am not sold on it yet. I filled some chocolate cupcakes and iced them with ganache. the people at school liked them, the biggest question was how did I get the filling in side, of course I said magic. I iced a few with the bettercreme. most of the iced one were left. i do like the stuff as a filling but as an icing i"m not sold. it does hold its shape amazingly when doing shells and stars. do not overmix, learned that here and on the rich's site.
